Download the App 1. On your device, go to the Apps Store or Play Store and download:

iPhone

iPad

Android Phone

2. Once the download completes, open the Haiku or Canto App. 3. Review the License Agreement and then tap Accept.

4. In addition to downloading the app, you also need to sync it to work with OhioHealth’s version of

CareConnect/Epic. Go to the Sync the App with OhioHealth section of this document for more info.

The syncing steps needs completed for new app downloads, apps added to a new device from back-up storage (cloud), or apps deleted and re-downloaded.

Sync the App with OhioHealth 1. On the device with the installed app, open an internet browser and go to: ohiohealth.com/haikucanto 2. Tap the Haiku or Canto link.

The links are very small but can be found in the upper left of the screen. With the small size of the links, you may be inclined to pinch the screen to zoom, but that will not work on this screen. Rather, do your best to tap the correct link; a warning will display if you tap the wrong one, at which point you can go back and select the correct one.

3. Tap Open. 4. Enter your OPID and Password. 5. Tap Go.

6. Despite the “Login Failure” warning, a notification has been sent to OhioHealth IT to finalize the activation. Tap OK and then there are no other steps for you to complete at this point. Once the activation is complete (48 – 72 hrs.), you will receive a message in your In Basket. See the In Basket Staff Message- Mobile Device Activation section for more info.

In Basket Staff Message- Mobile Device Activation 1. Once your account has been activated, you will receive a “Staff Message- Mobile Device Activation”

message in your In Basket. Review the message and the click the Done button to remove the message.

2. To start using Haiku or Canto just open the app and enter your OPID and Password. 3. See links below for more information on using the Haiku and Canto apps:
