What is Gympartner

• Gympartner is an online Personal Trainer service

• Gympartner provides the following benefits to the members:

– Customized training program, training schedule and diet counseling– Weekly feedback on supplied training report and conducted training– New exercise program every 3rd month– Close follow-up through unlimited access and support from the PT– Follow-up both by SMS and e-mail– Full access to the site with MyPage and training report– Graphs and overview over your progress– Library of useful articles and news in training, food and trends– Food tables, recipes and shopping lists– Great exercise bank with updated videos– Specific stretching section with videos– Regular tips and links in training and diet

• SQL report (made by the native report wizard) gives an overview of the amount invoicedthrough CRM

• The members report their training eachweekend in the member area on the website. The exercise report/MyReport is sent directlyto Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• In the report entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the PT gives feedback directly from a textfield. The textfield is automatically converted to and e-mail and sent to themember.
