• The product offers an SMS-based UI that works on even the lowest-end handset. By using simple SMS commands, users can create or join groups and invite / share with friends.

• Cross-platform apps are available for iOS, Android, Blackberry and Nokia S40. Symbian and Windows Mobile are soon to follow.

• GupShup also offers a Web UI for mobile (or PC) browsers .

• The product is seamlessly inter-operable across all platforms i.e. an App or Web user can communicate with an SMS user via GupShup.
