Orleans-Hanna Testing Information cont. Test Administration Teacher manuals will be included with the testing materials. One will be provided for each of the listed 7th grade math teachers. The directions for administering the test are written on Pages 11-13. Since the Local Assessment Department will pre-code and scan the answer sheets, the majority of these instructions will not apply. Your teachers should modify these instructions accordingly to begin and end the testing period. The 2-week testing window starts March 23 - April 3. The students must complete the testing in one sitting. One hour is a sufficient time to allow 35 minutes for the timed testing and 15 minutes for distributing and collecting the testing materials. A final day for make-ups should also be scheduled to capture students who were absent during the scheduled testing day(s). After the testing periods have been completed, your teachers must turn in the test administrator manuals, student test booklets, scorable answer sheets, and the blank answer sheets. Scanning The scorable answer sheets must be hand-delivered by a staff member from your school to the Local Assessment Office location at 2525 S. Ervay St. - 2nd Floor - Dallas, TX 75215. The scanning days are April 3-7, 2009 - 7:30am-4:40pm. There will be a sign-in sheet for tracking.
