Alternatively, go to url : https://mye-supportcentre.amadeus.com to sign in as Travel
Agent with Agency’s Office ID and Agent Sign In (Sign in is the same using Amadeus
Selling Platform sign in)
Step 2: In the HOME page, choose “Support” tab.

Step 3: Select “Log a Claim”
Step 4: Click “Next” to proceed from the landing page.

Step 5: Indicate ADM in the title and providing the ADM number, then select the options
under the Area Concerned. Click Next to proceed.
Step 6: Fill in the mandatory boxes with a red asterisk (*). If submit more than one
document, please zip the file.
