ACO DRAIN® channel units have much higher strengths and lower weights for the same density as comparable con- crete products. The low weight of the components simplifies handling and ins-tallation, and reduces costs. ACO poly-mer concrete is impermeable. Water dries rapidly from the surface. Frost damage is totally excluded. The smooth surface of ACO polymer concrete allows water and dirt particles to run off quickly – making it easy to clean. Polymer con-crete is also resistant to aggressive media without any need for extra coating and can be used flexibly and perma- nently even under extreme conditions.

The unique monocast construction guar-antees extremely high levels of safety and stability in all transport surface drai-nage applications. The high intake area and the V-profile ensure rapid surface drainage. A simple modular principle quickly and easily solves a whole range of applications.ACO DRAIN® Monoblock is a winner thanks to the simple and inexpensive installation of system components.

Bracing elements during installation are not required. The integrated sealant groove ensures that there are watertight seals between each unit as required by EN 1433 specifications. The channel is simply self-cleaned by the high flow velocity. The 0.5 m sump unit with the removable grating provides access to the in-side of the channel.

ACO DRAIN® Monoblock channel RD 100 V/200 V/300

The ACO DRAIN® RD 100 V to 300 chan-nel system is particularly suitable for the cross and longitudinal drainage of motor racing tracks, highways and motorways. The large inflow slots ensure that the sur-face water enters the drain quickly and efficiently to clear water fast from large areas.

RD 100 V to channel systems are sui-table for all load classes from A 15 pe-destrian areas to F 900 airport surfaces.

Optional side inlets to

drain porous surfaces.

The Monoblock channels are also avai-lable with side inlets to drain porous sur-faces.

The ACO DRAIN® Monoblock PD 100/ 200 channel system is designed for sur-faces which are used by vehicles as well as pedestrians. The inflow slots have been specially developed for safe use in pedestrian precincts as well as car parks. The single-piece channels are easy and safe to install because there are no

loose parts such as grates or bolts. ACO DRAIN® PD 100/200 are also produ-ced as monocast blocks. The inflow slots measure 8 mm to 24 mm wide, and are therefore not only safe for motorcyclists on race tracks but also guarantee opti-mal drainage thanks to the high capacity inlet cross sections.
