The following controllers can be used with thissoftware when they are paired with the console.

Pairing Controllers

Open the HOME Menuand select CONTROLLERSETTINGS ⇒ PAIR.Follow the on-screeninstructions to pair yourcontroller.

Wii U GamePad Wii Remote™

◆ The number of required controllers varies from gameto game. A maximum of four players can playtogether.

◆ Only one Wii U GamePad can be used with thissoftware at a time.

◆ A Sensor Bar is required when using the Wii Remote/Wii Remote Plus. For more information about SensorBar placement, read the Wii U Operations Manual.

◆ A Wii Remote Plus can be used instead of a WiiRemote.

This software supports Linear PCM 5.1 surroundsound.To enable surround sound output, select the TVoption in the System Settings application, thenset the sound type to SURROUND.

◆ To use surround sound with this software, pleaseconnect your Wii U console to supported audioequipment using a HDMI™ cable.

When playing a game that involvesalternating between a Wii Remote and theWii U GamePad, make sure you have bothto hand before starting.

When placing the GamePad on the floor,choose a flat surface. Make sure there isenough room around the GamePad toplay safely. Stepping on or kicking theGamePad could lead to injury, or damageto both the GamePad and nearby objects.

Some games are played by turning theGamePad around and showing the screento other players. If the GamePad becomesdifficult to hold in this position, pleaseput the GamePad on a stable surface, likea table or your lap.

When playing a GamePad Party game orplaying with the GamePad on the floor,make sure the GamePad is not beingcharged at the same time. If your handsor feet get caught in the Wii U GamePadAC adapter cords, it could lead to injury,or damage to both the GamePad andnearby objects.

When playing Water Runners in HouseParty mode, make sure there is plenty ofspace around you and do not make anyabrupt movements. Doing so could leadto injury, or damage to both the GamePadand nearby objects.
