Days after Raisen chillingtriple murder, a similarcase of gruesome killinghas come to fore in Hardadistrict where three per-sons including a womanand minor boy werehacked to death by rela-tives. The incident oc-curred in Bediya Kalan vil-lage under Sirali policestation on Sunday night.Old property dispute is re-ported to be main reason

behind the triple murder,said police. Police have ar-rested two persons -Ramkrishna Likhore, 35and his father Punamc-hand Likhore, 55, in con-nection with the murdersof their relatives.

Ramkrishna along withhis father attacked his un-cle Bhaiyalal Lakhore, 55,aunt Kusum Bai, 52, andtheir grandson Aditya,11,with an axe and killedthem on the spot.

After the villagers in-formed about the grue-some killings, policereached the spot and en-sured the safety of othermembers of the family.Thereafter police arrestedthe two accused. Heavy po-lice force was deployed in

the village. SHO SiraliManoj Uike said, “Both theaccused have been arrest-ed. The family in their

statement said that the twofamilies had dispute over80 acre parental property.They had even contested

their claim in court, how-ever, uncle and aunt alwaysthreatened not to give evensingle piece of land.”

Talaiya police have nabbeda Rajasthan-based man in-volved in duping banks us-ing ATM cards at differentlocations of the country.

One of the accused man-aged to escape. 41 ATMscards were recovered fromtwo bags.

Accused along with hisaccomplice used to with-draw money using ATM

cards and while withdraw-ing money they would dis-connect power whichwould not register thetransaction and later theywould request for refundand would get it.

SHO Talaiya police In-draj Singh Rajput said thatduring intensive checkconducted due to festiveseason and Lok Sabha elec-tions, two men with carrybags were detained. Thepolice recovered 41 ATM

cards from their posses-sion.

One accused, who wasnabbed near hotel Shagunat Peergate where he wasstaying, has been identi-fied as Saqib of BharatpurRajasthan, while his ac-complice, who managed toescape, was identified asKhursheed, Rajput added.

Team will be sent to Ra-jasthan to find more de-tails about the accused asin the investigation it was

found that they have usedATM cards of differentpeople. They used to pro-vide money or there wasany other arrangement forbenefitting the cardholders is yet to be de-termined. Police saidthat the ATM card hold-ers are aware of thefraud or not could not beascertained and it couldbe confirmed only aftervisiting Rajasthan.

After the preliminary

investigation, the policehave registered a case un-der Section 420 of the IPCand started further investi-gation.

reduce road accidentsBHOPAL: Divisional Com-missioner Kalpana Shri-vastva has instructed offi-cials to take steps for bettertraffic management withproper maintenance of au-tomatic traffic signals atsquares to check road acci-dents in the state capital.

Crime branch busted a gang of mis-creants extorting money afterframing victims in fake flesh traderacket.

Police arrested three people, in-cluding two girls. One of the cul-prits, who was in police dress, ab-sconded. One of the arrested isidentified as Bhupesh Rana, a resi-dent of E-8, Arera Colony.

According to police, 69-year-oldretired engineer, who became vic-tim of the gang, has lodged a com-plaint with crime branch statingthat he received a phone call froman unknown lady who called him atDB Mall and introduced herself.Later she called him at a flat in Tal-laya Mandir locality. When he visit-ed there, she took him to a desertedflat where a girl was already wait-ing. He further stated that during

talks, two men, one of them dressedas policeman, appeared on thescene and started blaming him forrunning a flesh trade.

He said that they forcefully tookphotographs in nude position andstarted blackmailing him. Initially,they demanded Rs 6 lakh but lateragreed on Rs 6,000 which he had.

The victim said when the accuseddisappeared from the flat he con-tacted the crime branch and lodgeda complaint.

Police said that they took com-plainant along with them and raid-ed many places to find out the ac-cused but all in vain. Later, they ar-rested one of accused who wasroaming with his friend near RTOoffice area. The accused was identi-fied as Bhupesh Rana.

During interrogation, Rana con-fessed his crime and revealed de-tails about the two girls who werealso arrested.

Private security agencies asked to submit details by May 31������������������

Directors of private security agen-cies have been asked to submit theirdetails in a proforma before May 31.

The instructions were given byADG Anil Kumar here on Mondayduring a meeting with private secu-rity directors. The aim of the meet-ing was to inform them about the

Private Security Act 2005 andPersonal Security Act 2012.

The agencies were asked to followthe guideline of the acts and submitinformation every three months.

The ADG have asked directors tosecure the rights of securityguards, provide them proper train-ing, provident fund and facility ofESIC. The ADG also asked them toobtain character certificate of

every guard from the respectivepolice station. They were instructednot to take extra duty hours fromthe guards. The guards shall begiven at least minimum wages andon time.

The government has issuedlicences to 1,034 security agenciesin the state. Agencies having morethan 200 registered guards werecalled in the meeting.
