Strength Classes:

BODYPUMP™: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body challenging all your major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls choreographed to upbeat music. Boot Camp: This is an outdoor intense class that will challenge you to a new fitness level. Class formats includes the use of body weight, dumbbells, heavy ropes and other equipment in order to stimulate a military-quality experience. Each class uses different exercises to boost your metabolism, lose weight, gain muscle, and feel great! Total Fit: High intensity, functional, multi-joint movement format that will meet the individual needs of all participants to increase stability, strength, and balance. CXWORX™: Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. strength training, and stretching exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. Youth Boot Camp: Providing our young members a supervised fitness class that will increase strength, flexibility, and healthy habits. Ages 8-13

Cardio Classes:

BODYCOMBAT™: Empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. Program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness Cycle: A challenging stationary cycling class that utilizes various training technique and motivational strategies to simulate a true bike riding experience. SPRINT™: LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Zumba®: A fitness program inspired by Latin dance that incorporate body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.

Active Older Adult Classes:

Balance, Core, and Mobility: Designed and crafted for the active older adult to improve quality of life and independence. This class offers challenging balance exercises along with dynamic coordination movements: designed to improve one’s sense of balance, core strength and mobility. Accommodations for physical limitations can be made.

Parkinson’s in Balance: This class is offered to anyone affected by the illness including caregivers, family and friends & provides training in balance, posture and functional movement with many modifications to fit any level. There is no cost for this class even if you’re a non-member, so feel free to join us!

Strength & Conditioning: This class is designed and crafted for the active older adult to improve quality of life and independence and is tailored to build muscle strength and endurance in addition to cardiovascular capacity. Accommodations for physical limitations can be made.

SilverSneakers®: This class is designed for older adults & is done seated using various forms of resistance training. Emphasis is placed on coordination, balance and posture to assist in everyday activities.

AOA Circuit: This 45-minute circuit class includes both strength training & aerobic conditioning. Using the resistance equipment with intervals of active recovery cardio stations you will have a full body workout in no time!

Chair Yoga: Yoga poses that are performed while seated in a chair for a flexible and strong body; breathing exercises for increasing stamina and mind exercises to increase concentration and inner peace.
