The central suction system is at the heart of every practice. METASYS EXCOM is a reliable partner for the practice team in their daily work, remaining inconspicuously in the background. METASYS EXCOM is attractive because of the familiar METASYS quality :

There are convincing arguments in favour of this well tried and tested aspirator system with an excellent suction rate of 300l/min. Because of new separation techniques, the machine is not sensitive to foam and dirt-this means maximum functionality and guarantees trouble-free operation in the practice even under maximum operational pressure such as air flow and surgical procedures. With a precipitation rate of 98.8% of the COMPACT A8 and Eco II amalgam separator attachments, Excom systems exceed all ISO legal and ecological standards.

Whether consistent loads or periodic demand peaks, the EXCOM central suction system proves itself to be the unchallenged master of every situation.

The dynamic air-water separation system:

The rotating separation impeller in the EXCOM central suction system provides optimal separation of water and air, ensuring that the equipment is not sensitive to foam formation and contamination. In other words, excellent functional design guarantees freedom from problems in the practise even in times of the highest loads such as the use of "Air Flow" and surgical operations.

The amalgam separation system:

Simple and Exact Disinfection

Easy to Handle:

1. Dosage:

Press dispenser pump twice and exactly 6ml of M2 will be added to the mixing container.

2. Mixing:Remove the mixing container from the dosage dispenser by lifting it.

Fill the mixing container with water up to the indicator (=600ml). The solution produced has 1% concentration.

3. Suction:Hold the small suction tube on the suction opening marked 1 till you hear air being sucked in. So you have automatically aspirated exactly the right quantity of 200ml solution in the shortest time.

Repeat the process with the large suction tube using the suction opening marked 2.

4. Cuspidor Disinfection:

Simply empty the remaining 200ml from the mixing container into the cuspidor and rinse with water.

It is recommended that every dental unit is cleaned and disinfected at least once a day. After surgical procedures an extra cleaning should be carried out. By doing so you guarantee best hygiene and best function of your important suction equipment.
