Separate sealed bids for construction of the Stormwater Facility Improvements project will be received by the City of Havre Public Works Depart-ment at 520 4th Street, P.O. Box 231, Havre, Montana 59501 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 1200 linear feet of storm sewer trunk lines in Havre, Montana. Exist-ing storm sewer trunk lines identified for removal consist of corrugated steel culverts and three-sided reinforced concrete box culverts. The existing trunk lines will be replaced with precast rein-forced concrete box and pipe arch culverts. Other associ-ated work includes, but is not limited to: asphalt pavement restoration, portland cement concrete pavement restora-tion, gravel surface restoration, landscaped/vegetated surface restoration, new sidewalk, drive approaches, curb and gutter, new storm drain inlets, new access manholes, new sanitary sewer manhole, water main relocations, and other ap-purtenances and incidentals.The project also consists of the two blocks of cured-in-place pipe liner for a sanitary sewer and associated sanitary sewer service replacements.Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available at www.greatwesteng.com or www.questcdn.com for a fee of $20.00.
