It is the policy of GECO to meet all the quality requirements established by a client, including all the applicable codes, standards and regulations, to satisfy the client’s needs.

The Project Quality Assurance Program is to be known and applied by all GECO’s personnel.

It is GECO’s responsibility to verify the implementation of the Quality System, identifying quality problems and promoting solutions.

Final Authority in all matters relating to quality rests on theManaging Director with a clear definite aim to ensure that all the quality requirements satisfy the client’s needs.

SafetyPolicy

Our responsibilty is to make sure that all possible measures should be tak-en to prevent and avoid, as far as predictable, the occurrence of human distress and financial loss and assure continuity of construction works. This policy lays down the various procedures, which shall be followed during construction operations in order to attain this target. Compliance with Lo-cal statutory laws and local regulations regarding safety is a part of and a mandatory requirement of this procedure.

GECO shall appoint a Safety Officer whose prime responsibility will be the implementation of the loss prevention program and full compliance with the client’s safety procedures. He will be responsible of the safety indoctrina-tion courses for all personnel who are to be involved in the works.

The Safety Officer is a key member of the Management Organization and responsible for ensuring that a positive attitude is adopted and implement-ed at the work site and all contractual, governmental and local authority safety requirements are fully complied with.

GECO will organize regular clean up of work site to keep areas free of scrap and rubbish. GECO shall take the necessary steps to ensure that the work site and all premises occupied by its personnel are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

El Gharably Engineering co. (GECO) workshop produces 800 tons/month of all steel fabrication work from sheets, bars, sections in addition to all grades of steel, carbon steel, special alloy steels, stainless steels, etc.

The workshop is located in industrial city in Borg El Arab with 15000m2 area.The workshop consists of several divisions:

Technical office division dealing with the specialized engineering softwares in (design, workshop drawings, material list preparation, project planning and follow up)

Production division consisting of four assembly workshops and two preparation workshops having modern computerized equipment in addition to a sand blasting / painting workshop that contains manual and automatic machines.
