NarrativeEvery day as I drive by Chicago I find
myself looking at new graffiti that I havenever seen before. These artist seem to
have a story behind it. However, Chicago,
as well as every other city in the world, has very unique graffiti. Graffiti can be
categorized into many groupsart graffiti, message graffiti, crime graffiti, and gang
graffiti. People use graffiti as a form to
express themselves in buildings, trains,

AnalysisMy overall goal was to try and
convince my audience that graffitiart is not a crime. I understand that
many people think graffiti is a crime
because most graffiti artist are
destroying their property. Lookingthrough my photo essay I feel that
my photos would stand alonebecause I think you could tell what
kind of graffiti they are.
