questionnaire for new and old institutions• Institutional heads/representatives to be

briefed about parameters of grading – Questionnaire to be handed over with request to fill in the required information before the visit of Expert Investigators (EI)

• EIs will visit institutions for checking and verification of fact, figures and information – meet HODs, faculty, staff students, Administration and Finance Departments
