Praise the Lord for He is good. It is our hope that you are experiencing the presence of the Lord during these summer months, as you enjoy time with your family and friends. I am so grateful that you have chosen to pray for me and walk along beside me in the work of the ministry through Global Projects, as together we invest in the lives of people all over the world. I thank God for every door He has opened and for the generosity of His people even during these economic hard times as we look beyond ourselves to the needs of others. The GPH3 teams have had the opportunity to experience the fulfillment and expansion of the vision in that we were able to offer sound biblical teaching, preaching, counseling and evangelism to families and individuals in communities throughout the USA, Europe and Africa. God has inspired us and we are motivated to continue moving forward to bring hope, help or healing to men and women wherever it is needed. All that we have been able to accomplish this year has been because we obeyed God’s call to love, live and lead. To love God’s people enough to make the sacrifices to give and go; to live a life of humility and service; and to lead others in demonstrating care and compassion to the masses one life at a time: to inner city youth, orphaned AIDS babies, children of war, counselors providing crisis intervention, young girls sold into prostitution, pastors in need of leadership development and much more. A door has opened for us to go minister with two local congregations of Nigerians, serving in Madrid, Spain. Our assignment in Spain will include: Counselor Training – helping the laymen acquire skills to use the Bible in dealing with the issues of life presented by their community; Leadership Development – helping the leaders assess, develop and implement a strategic plan for personal growth; Marriage Ministry – helping couples enhance communication, learn to resolve conflict and develop intimacy in Christ; and Evangelistic Outreaches – distribution of tracts and Bibles in the marketplace as well as developing a follow up plan for discipleship. The team will be leaving on September 3, 2008. The estimated cost per individual is $4200. We need your help to continue making a difference. Please prayerfully send any amount that you can give toward this endeavor by August 25 th . Together we can answer the call of God, and Go into all the world. Make your Checks or money orders payable to Global Projects and mail them to the address below, I pray you can sense the urgency of the moment. What you will do for God in Madrid, Spain do quickly. Making a World of Difference

Below is a report on some of our past and upcoming activities:

Locally: • Young Girls Conference servicing 40 young ladies (ages12-22) our theme was, “God’s Purpose for the Unique

You.” God removed their masks and allowed them to be vulnerable and transparent as healing took place within and between the young ladies. Their enthusiasm for healing and wholeness was contagious.

• A “Stay at Home Tea” offering a unique way for supporters to pray for us and have a cup of soothing tea as they meditated and reflected on all that had been accomplished through their giving and the the goodness of God. The response was encouraging as many were drawn into deeper fellowship with the Lord.

• Jr. Girls Etiquette and Poise Tea Party (ages 7-12) for the purpose of spiritual nurturing, development of social skills, and enhancement of self esteem. The girls were excited by the formal setting of this social exchange.

• Scheduled is the Mentorship follow-up with our young women at the end of August with a Back to School Rally providing supplies and educational resources for each girl to equip them for academic success.

Internationally: • Italy and London in April 2008 conducting workshops on spiritual growth and revival, addressing the issues of

human trafficking, evangelism, self-esteem building and spiritual counseling for those who are displaced, meetings with local leaders on housing, daycare and economic empowerment.

• Uganda Africa in June 2008 hosted the Phenomenal Women Conference in Busia for over 500 women (plus babies and children), provided trauma training and crisis intervention for over 250 counselors, then ministered love and God’s grace at a crisis pregnancy center to 18 young girls (ages 11-17) who had been raped and defiled by family members; visited local girls boarding schools and academies teaching Good self-esteem and Significance of knowing God to over 1500 students; taught counseling psychology and addiction studies to Masters level students at Makere University. We also taught life skills at a women’s fellowship and visited a ward of sixty men prisoners where we presented the gospel and witnessed men come to Christ (including Muslims that were transformed)

For the Kingdom: • We have made and are making a difference in the lives of men, women, and children as we have lead many

to Christ as well as igniting a fire in them to serve on a deeper level. We praise God for who He. Everything we have accomplished is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our sight

Our ability to succeed and reach as many as we have is because of people like YOU partnering with us to make a difference in the lives of others through your generous gifts to Global Projects. When you give, you are a part of all that we do, and you too are making a difference. Pray for us and rejoice with us as we go out to bring the good news to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and even to the utmost parts of the earth. God is so good and He has richly blessed you to be a blessing to others. “You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!” II Corinthians 9:11-15
