How do I earn points?

When you or any individual in your GPDA organization registers for and completes a course.

Basic Water Systems Training: 5,500 points awarded upon completion (per person)

Variable Frequency Drives: 2,000 points awarded upon completion (per person)

Bonus Registration Points: 1,000 points awarded

What do I do?

Register here for the GWT e-Learning ProgramEnter your contact data in the required fields and create a password.

Password criteria:• Upper & lower case letters• A number• A special character ($#%&*)• 12-20 characters long• An example of a password meeting all criteria:

Your username will be your email address entered in the registration data fields.

On the lower right side is a box called “Featured Training.” When you log in for the first time, you will see all GWT courses listed. In this example we only see the VFD course since this user already completed the Basic Water Systems Training course.

To register for the course:

Click on the course title

You will be directed to a new page. Click on “Request”

Your page will then look like this: Click “Register”

“Register” will change to “Launch.” Click “Launch”

*Be sure to turn your pop-up blocker OFF prior to clicking “Launch.” If your pop-up blocker is ON, the course will not launch.

The course will open in a new window, and will start automatically. At the end of each slide click “Next” until you have finished the course.

Now that I have completed the course, when will I see my points?e-Learning reports are ran on the 30th of each month. Every user who has registered and/or completed a course during that time frame will be assigned points accordingly.

How will I know when new courses are added?

Stay up to date on e-Learning information by:

• Follow us on social media for e-Learning announcements

• Goulds Water Technology e-mails

• Ecom announcements

• Log into the e-Learning platform. New courses will be listed under “Featured Training”

• Go to goulds.com/e-Learning/

Are CE hours approved for these courses?Click here to stay up to date on the states that have approved the courses for continuing education credits and any special requirements specific to your state. State approvals are continuously being received.

Are the e-Learning courses available on a tablet or smartphone?The e-Learning courses are accessible via table/iPad/smartphones through the web browser as well as the Cornerstone App, which can be downloaded through the Apple or Google Play Store.

If accessing the course through the app on your tablet or smart-phone, you must regis-ter your device online in your Account Settings via a computer prior to accessing the course on that device.

In App Store on your tablet or phone:

Search: Cornerstone

Click: “Get” or “Install”

Log into Cornerstone from your computer

Click on the wheel icon in the upper right corner

Click on “My Account”

Click on “Devices” on the left side

Click on “Add Device” in the slight upper right of the screen

Type in a name for the device (see example below: “Ipad”)

Type in a 5-digit pin – this is what you will have to enter every time you open up the app on your IPad

Click next

Open up the app on your IPad and follow these instructions below. NOTE - you will be assigned a different Device Key & PIN – Enter your own credentials.
