in the Economic Development Regions– Most regions have between 70% and 85% of workers

both employed and living in the EDRs– The largest percentage of commuters were in EDR 7E

• But lots of commuting in EDR 7W, 6W, 6E, 4, 2, and 5– The largest employment centers are the Twin Cities,

other metropolitan areas
