Faculty and Staff recruitment is by the government authorities. Since, this is agovernment college. College already has 122 Guest faculty members recruited bythe College Directorate. Temporary support staff is appointed through CDCguidelines.

The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the college function as a guidancemechanism for the students to visit nearby industries. It provides them knowledgeabout various career opportunities available for them as per their educationalqualifications. A wide range of activities are organized throughout the year suchas preparation for Group Discussion and Interview.

The college has earned the reputation of being the foremost institution in this district.For admission process, the publicity is multi-pronged and well planned. The process isadvertised in the news dailies and also put on the website of the college. Theprospectus has ample information on admission-related topics such as:
