Good for Enterprise: iOS Quickstart Guide Access business connectivity and collaboration tools—securely—through the Good for Enterprise app on your iOS device. Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the Good for Enterprise application. The following steps will help you get started. Downloading the Good for Enterprise App Use the App Store to download the application to your iOS device or download and sync through iTunes on your PC. 1. Open the App Store and enter ‘Good for Enterprise’ in the search field. 2. Download and install Good for Enterprise as described in your Welcome email. 3. Use Good for Enterprise to view your inbox, calendar, contacts and tasks. Sync the Good for Enterprise App with Your Corporate Email When you first open the Good for Enterprise app, your most recent emails (up to 100), your contacts, all open tasks, and the last two weeks of calendar events are synchronized. Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the Good for Enterprise application. The following steps will help you get started.

Downloading the Good for Enterprise App

Use the App Store to download the application to your iOS device or download and sync through iTunes on your PC.

1. Open the App Store and enter ‘Good for Enterprise’ in the search field.

2. Download and install Good for Enterprise as described in your Welcome email.

3. Use Good for Enterprise to view your inbox, calendar, contacts and tasks.

Sync the Good for Enterprise App with Your Corporate Email

When you first open the Good for Enterprise app, your most recent emails (up to 100), your contacts, all open tasks, and the last two weeks of calendar events are synchronized.

Lost or Stolen Devices

If your iOS device is lost or stolen, notify your IT Department immediately.

Checking Corporate Email

To open your email inbox, tap on your iOS device. Only the Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Drafts, and Deleted Items folders are shown initially.

To read a message, tap the message.

To compose a new message, tap .

To delete a message, swipe your finger on and tap Delete. To delete multiple messages, tap Edit, select the messages to delete and tap Delete.

To move multiple messages, tap Edit from the Inbox view, select the messages to move and tap Move.

To view an attachment, open the message with a . The number of attachments is indicated in the message. Tap in the message. Tap the attach-ment name once to download. Tap the attachment again to view the attachment in the viewer.

To synchronize and view messages in your other folders, first subscribe to the folders by swiping the toolbar to the left. Tap . Select Folder Sync. Select the folders you want to sync.

Checking Calendar

To view your calendar, tap .

To view a day’s events or meetings, tap the day.

To switch to day view, tap Day.

To view details for an event, tap the event.

To change an event, tap the event and tap Edit.

To add an event, tap .

Viewing Contacts

To open the contact list, tap .

To search for a contact, tap the search bar. Select Contacts, Directory or Both. Type the name of contact in the search bar.

To add a new contact, tap .

To view contact details, tap on the contact name.

To send a message to the contact, tap email.

To call the contact, tap the number.

To send a text message to the contact, tap .

To get driving directions to a contact's address, tap the address. Tap .

To change contact information, tap Edit.

Setting Preferences

To open preferences, tap . You may need to swipe the toolbar left to see the icon.

To add a signature to your outgoing messages, tap Signature.

To turn on synchronization for a folder, tap Folder Sync and tap the folders you want to synchronize.

To turn on HTML email, swipe HTML Email to On.

To set an Out of Office message, tap Out of Office, and swipe to turn Out of Office on. To enter your Auto Response message, tap . Type your message and tap .

To sync your Corporate Address Book to your iOS device contacts, swipe Sync with Device to On. We recommend that you turn on this setting to enable caller ID for your corporate contacts.

To set an alert for when you receive a new email, tap New Email. Swipe to turn Play Sound and Vibrate on or off.

To set an alert for events, tap Event Reminders. Swipe to turn Play Sound and Vibrate on or off.

To view badge alerts for new email while outside of the Good for Enterprise app, return to the iOS homescreen. Tap Settings > Notifications > Good. Select to turn Badges and Alerts on or off.

To customize your Good for Enterprise toolbar, tap Nav Bar Order.

To get an overview of new features, tap New Features.

Secure Browser*NOTE: Secure Browser must be turned on by your IT admin. If it's enabled, you'll see on the toolbar bar.

To securely browse the company intranet, tap in the toolbar. The secure browser allows you to view and navigate your company’s intranet or internal websites. Public websites will use the Safari browser.

To view the homepage, tap . The homepage is set by your IT admin.

To bookmark a page, tap . Select Add Bookmark.

To view bookmarked pages, tap . Select the page you want to view.

To expand the browser to full screen mode, tap that floats over the webpage.

To return to the previous webpage, tap that floats over the webpage.

To browse forward, tap that floats over the webpage.

Managing Tasks

To open tasks, tap .

Swipe right to view completed tasks.

Swipe left to view tasks with no due date.

To view task details, tap .

To add a task, tap .

Managing DocumentsNOTE: Document Repository must be turned on by your IT admin.If it's enabled, you'll see on the toolbar.

To open the document repository, tap .

Tap document to view the contents. If your IT admin has enabled secure file sharing, you can further view and edit an attachment with an external viewer or editing app. Tap and select Open In. A list of photo or document editing apps appears. *Note that the external app must be pre-approved by your IT department before you are able to use it.

To delete the attachment you are viewing, tap . To delete an attachment from the list view, swipe on the right side and tap Delete.

To securely save an email attachment in the Good File Repository, open an email with an attachment as indicated by . Tap the . Tap the attachment you want to download. Tap the attachment again to view and save the attachment. Tap and choose Save As. Name the document and tap Save. The document is now saved in the Good File Repository.

To attach files when replying to, forwarding, or composing a new message, tap the when you compose your text. Tap and choose the files you want to attach from the Good File Repository. Tap Attach and tap to return to the composing screen.
