The Structure Plan preparaon process will seek to: Review the exisng 1997 Teesdale Structure Plan. • Guide the long term development of Teesdale. Review commercial development opportunies. Review the need for new community and development infrastructure, where not already considered in exisng Council Strategies. The Structure Plan is expected to be finalised in early 2020. At its Ordinary Meeng on 27 August, Council endorsed the Draſt Play Space Strategy to be put on exhibion for public comment from 28 August to 25 September.
