Go to log in page athttps://www.nixle.com/login/

Enter your User ID Password

LOG IN PAGE

Click on CREATE MESSAGE

Select message type

Use ALERT for test messages

Select NO TEMPLATE from drop down menu

Click on SMS (text message)Enter the text message (138 characters)

Check EMAIL AND WEB MESSAGE

Check EMAIL AND WEB MESSAGE

EMAIL AND MESSAGE Subject and MESSAGE BODY will appear

Enter desired subject line

Enter email message (can cut and paste from another source such as NOAA bulletin.

Ignore INCLUDE LOCATION

Check NIXLE WIRE PUBLIC GROUPS

Ignore FILTER BY LOCATION

Click on REVIEW MESSAGE

Check to see if your message set up is correct

Click on CLICK HERE TO PREVIEW EMAIL to see how email message will appear.

Click on OKAY if email set up is correct

Select SEND MESSAGE or

Select EDIT MESSAGE if changes are needed
