Global Talent internships range from 3 to 18

months and are offered in the fields of

Marketing, Teaching, Information Technology,

and Business Administration. The requirements

of each internship varies depending on the field.

AIESEC is present in 126countries and we focus oncreating work and internshipopportunities in developing andmore economically developedcountries. While we do offerprograms in Western Europe,these projects are verycompetitive and should only betaken on by students with theright amount of prior workexperience.

Additionally, teaching is the fieldwith the most programs, butthese are more likely to be foundin developing countries ratherthan economically developedcountries. We are, of course, happy to workwith students and recentgraduates interested inopportunities with countries thatare not our partners, though thematching process may take longeris not always guaranteed.

Marketing combines both creative thinking and strategic analysis .Through a Global Talent internship, Students and recent graduates willdevelop a strong understanding of market segmentation, social mediamarketing, product positioning and data analysis. Those who arequalified for these opportunities can work in sales, market research orinternational marketing.

DURATION: 6 to 12 months

SALARY: $150-800 USD approximately**Salaries vary by internship. All salaries are sufficient to cover all livingexpenses in their host country

REQUIREMENTS: - 6 months of prior marketing experience- Market research and segmentation experience- Advertising and public relations skills- Customer relationship management experience

Since the inception of AIESEC, interns have made major impact in localcommunities by fostering cultural understanding, providing basiceducation and teaching a second language. These opportunities are themost common internship in the AIESEC network and are necessary fordeveloping countries' potential. Student and recent graduates who takeon teaching internships will develop strong communication skills, cross-cultural understanding and interpersonal skills.



REQUIREMENTS: - Native or excellent English skills- Previous teaching experience


Teaching, co-teaching and hosting conversation classes weekly forchildren, teenagers and/or adults. Facilitating activities to engagestudents in EnglishPreparatory lesson plans, grading students' work, marking tests andexams. Evaluating the progress of students' speaking and writingskills
