1. Introduction

This report covers the exploration activity on the English Ridge and Turks Gut are conducted in 2014 and consists of general prospecting, a 93 sample soil geochemistry survey and geophysical surveys using an EM-16 VLF, Radiation Solutions RS-111 Handy Scintillometer System, and GEM Systems GSM-19T Proton Magnetometer.

2. Location and Access

The property is located in eastern Newfoundland, approximately 70 km west of St. John's, and approximately 5 km south of the community of Brigus. Specifically the property is located in the community of Marysvale (Figure 1) with access by the road to Turks Gut in the community of Marysvale (Figure 2). The northeast corner having the U.T.M. Coordinates of 5,260,000 N, 334,000 E of Zone 22, NTS 1N/6 and 1N/11, NAD 27.

3. Claim Status

Mineral licence 20424M contains 5 map staked mineral claim blocks, replacing licence and was issued on July 19th, 2012.

1842 - Jukes notes the unconformity of the Cambrian & Precambrian rocks of the Avalon Peninsula

5. Geology

The region is mapped by King as (King,1988): Adeyton Group:Chamberlains Brook formation: green and red shale or slate and thin limestone beds; manganiferous bed near base; spilitic cherty pillow lava.

Brigus Formation: red, pink and green shale or slate and thin limestone beds; basal conglomerate where formation rests directly on Precambrian rocks.

Conception Group:Drook Formation: blue/gray siliceous siltstone & sandstone; silicified tuff.

Harbour Main Group member HHb:Green to purple basaltic flows and pyroclastic rocks, clastic sedimentary rocks and gabbro.

Beyond the sedimentary manganese mineralization, copper & silver mineralization is seen in both sedimentary & basalt units as product of secondary fluids intruded into both units along fissures caused by the faulting.

6. Exploration Program

The Exploration program consisted of general prospecting accompanied with a 93 sample soil geochemistry grid, rock geochemistry from several samples of mineralized outcrop, a VLF / scintelometer geophysical survey on part of the geochemistry grid and a magnetometer survey.

Samples were taken on a north south GPS grid with lines spaced at 50m with sample locations every 25 m and an uncertainty of +/- 4 m, over a structure known to contain high grades of copper and silver with grab samples from the area reaching 44% Cu and 11 oz/t Ag (north at Turks Gut). On a portion of this grid the EM-16 VLF and Scinteloimeter were used during soil sample collection; the soil auger was carried by the assistants to assure it didn't interfere with the VLF readings.

No attempt has been made to interpret the geophysical or geochemical data at this point, but field observations made during the time of the survey had identified several areas of pyrite mineralization.

7. Conclusions and Recommendations

During the 2014 exploration program there were a number of significant new findings both geochemical and geophysical discovered. What was striking was the extent of the exploration which had been conducted, assumed to be from the period from 1850 to the mid 1860's. On the property virtually every cliff face had been blasted, often following epidote alteration, but other times following dikes, shear zones and fault fissures containing chalcocite, covelite, bornite with associated malachite and azurite.

What was previously thought to be azurite and malachite had been more correctly described as the very rare minerals posnjakite and brochantite (Sabina, 2003).

The 93 sample soil geochemistry survey and geophysical surveys using an EM-16 VLF, Radiation Solutions RS-111 Handy Scintillometer System, and GEM Systems GSM-19T Proton Magnetometer.

From the sample collected of the pillowed basalt (Sample 58974), corresponding to the sudden >600 nT change in the magnetics, the assay indicated there was a notable anomalies of: Sn 109 ppm, Cd 10.3 ppm, Fe 5.05%, Ni 81 ppm, Sb 10.3 ppm, Co 34 ppm & Ti >1%. From the other sample of malachite stained maroon basalt with little sulfides present there was 1.94% Cu in what appears to be near old exploration activity. The soil geochemistry survey outlines a copper anomaly, but further interpretation is required.

The following is recommended for the property:

1.) Continue the soil grid over the Crows Gulch area and Mn prospect;2.) Trench the area containing the higher grade Cu in soil;3.) channel sample the area of sample 58974;4.) access the property by boat;5.) Pump out the Crows Gulch shaft.
