Spark Ginninderry and Belconnen Community Service proudly supports training and employment initiatives for local people.

Youth Employment Pathways is being delivered in partnership with Belconnen Community Service and SPARK.

Specifi cally delivering a young person centred approach and targeting youth 18-24 years old who work, live or play in Belconnen region, this program will:

∙ Provide access to qualified youth professionals

∙ Assist individuals with preparing for the world of work (resume, interviews, cover letters)

∙ Provide access to drivereducation and senior � rst aid sessions

∙ Provide supported access to literacy and one on one tutoring

∙ Assist with connection to new social groups and activities

∙ Develop an individual customised pathways plan where implementation will be supported

∙ Provide supported access to � nancial counselling and budgeting assistance

This program will commence in March 2017 and run two days a week (Mon & Wed). The program will consist of individual and group sessions as well as a range of activities as agreed by each individual.
