GIFT DEED

This deed of gift is made on ……..day of ………. 2015 by and between the following persons:

Mr. Saqib Majeed S/O Javed Majeed R/o H.No P-167,Street No 5, Garden Colony Tehsil & Distt Faisalabad (herein after referred to as the DONOR) of the one part; and

Mr. Ahsan Majeed S/O Javed Majeed R/o H.No 173, Model Town ,Block-D, Lahore, Tehsil & Distt. Lahore (herein after referred to as the DONEE on the other part.

WHEREAS both the parties to this deed have cordial relations between them.

AND WHEREAS it has been decided by the DONOR to make gift of 56,532 shares of Rs.100 each in the paid-up value of Rs. 5,653,200/- of Majeed Fabrics (Private) Limited in favour of DONEE out of love and affection which he has for DONEE and which has been agreed to by the later.

Now this deed is witnesses as follows:

1. That the DONOR hereby makes gift of 56,532 shares of Rs.100 each in the paid-up value of Rs. 5,653,200/- of Majeed Fabrics (Private) Limited.

2. This gift is being made with free will and consent of both the parties out of love and affection which the parties have for each other.

3. The DONEE hereby accepts the gift being made through this deed of gift.

4. That this gift is absolute and irrevocable and henceforth the DONOR shall have no right or lien on the said shares being gifted to the DONEE.

5. That separate request has been made to the Company for transfer of the said shares the DONEE in the records of Majeed Fabrics (Private) Limited.
