Student Dress Code! Info from GHS Code of Conduct 2015-2016 Clothing should not be so immodest or so

inappropriate to the school setting as to interfere with or disrupt the educational process or environment or pose a likelihood of such interference or disruption. Therefore, the district will not permit clothing deemed distracting, revealing, overly suggestive or otherwise disruptive or interfering. This include attire revealing bare midriffs, halter/tank tops, spaghetti straps and see-through shirts, tops or blouses. Straps must be a minimum of 3 inches across the shoulders.

Students may not wear overly tight or shorter than fingertip or mid-thigh length shorts, skirts, skorts or dresses at the shortest point. The district does not allow bike shorts unless worn under another pair of shorts. Athletic shorts are allowed but the length is measured at the shortest point. Yoga pants are allowed with a top that properly allows coverage.

Students must wear their pants at the natural waistline.

Students’ undergarments should not show. Students should not wear undergarments outside of their clothing.

Gilbert High School administration will make the final judgement on the appropriateness of any student’s dress and reserves the right to prohibit students from wearing any article of clothing or accessory which may foreseeably result in an interference with or the disruption

of the school environment.

for a counter person in the  evenings.  We also have a need on Fridays 

from 11:00 a.m. un l around 2:00 or 3:00 p.m., if your school schedule allows.  More hours may also be available. Need to have excellent people skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately, 

while maintaining a posi ve a tude and pleasant demeanor. Previous food service experience is a plus. This is a part  me posi on that starts out  

paying minimum wage.  Increases come through a demonstra on of quality work. 

Looking for a student to work as a kennel tech in home based breeding kennel on Lake Murray. This student must 

be seriously interested and "in love " with dogs.  Hours are very flexible for school (an hour and a half each 

day during school is ideal but flexible). Week ends  are    generally  four hours on Saturday.  Average 10 hours per week. Rare Sunday...everything can be nego ated. Pay starts at $7/hour. Must have reliable transporta on.
