Once you’ve given the prospect literature etc., ensure you lock in a time to follow up. “I will contact you on _________ day.”

Step 2.

Follow up as arranged in Step 1 re DVDs / literature etc.

Establish their level of interest by mainly asking questions.

“What did you like best about __________________?”

Listen and build on their positive comments. If they need more information, invite them

to a product information evening / refer them to a website:

arrange for your leader to assist you in person, via 3-way call, or invite them on a conference call (speaker phone).

Let your leader do all the talking after you have made the introductions.

 Step 3.

Show the prospects how easy it is to get started:

Use your leader to do all the talking. Once they “get it,” say: “Let me show you how easy it is to get

started /order products.” Assist your prospects with their first orders. Phone / fax or order online their initial

orders for them at wholesale price via you.

Contact your new customers / distributors to ensure they have received their products and are clear on how they can use them and reorder.
