Q u i c k C o m m o n R e c i p e s

Sleep Cream• ¾ cup organic coconut oil (whipped until creamy with hand mixer or

kitchenaid)

• stir in 8 drops of –lavender – peace & calming and –valor • whip until evenly combined and store in cool/dark location

Pain Cream • ¾ cup organic coconut oil (whipped until creamy with hand mixer or

kitchenaid)

• stir in 8 drops of –valor –panaway –peppermint and –lemongrass

• whip until evenly combined and store in cool/dark location

Bath Salts • For detoxing add 3 drops of –lemon –peppermint to ½ cup of Epsom salts

and stir

• For large garden tub use ½ cup, for standard tub use ¼ cup

• Run under warm bath water to even disperse and soak for 30 minutes

Sugar Scrub • 2 ½ cups of sugar + 8 ounces of almond or grapeseed oil +30 drops of

young living essential oil

• mix together and place in jars

• add 1 tbsp of almond or grapeseed oil to top to prevent drying
