Welcome to the May edition of GOIG, and as usual it is full of interesting information on what’s happening in Goondiwindi and surrounds! Care Goondiwindi has been given the opportunity to collect the Cans and bottles from the Gundy Show as a fund raiser towards the Disability Accommodation Project. It would be great if you see our bins that you choose to support our fund raiser and put your bottles, cans and plastics in the bin for us, your Support will be appreciated! The first part of the year is nearly gone and we are now heading into the cooler months. Please support our Blanket Drive if you can, this will go towards keeping everyone warm this winter. Finally Care will be holding an Extra Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday 28th May 2019 at 5pm at the Care office to discuss changes to our trading from an Incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee. All members are encouraged and welcome to attend. Tracy MacDonald [email protected]
