Registration On your arrival, room key and WS3 kits will be given.Registration of participants will be on Oct. 7th (Mon.)

from 16:00 to 18:00 near the information office.Registration fee is USD 250. Please also note that reimbursement of airfares and registration fee are only by previous agreement with AsIPA desk.

Contributions Welcome Please know that registration fee USD 250 for the 7 days covers only accommodations and some part of facilities. Also AsIPA Desk has made efforts to support some participants financially for their airfare and registration fee. If you can generously contribute some donation to the workshop, it would be helpful to run the workshop. This support would be a sign of solidarity in Christ.

WS3 kitsA hand bag with some writing materials will be given on your arrival. Write you name on a tag for your own hand bag. WS texts will be given on session.

Room AssignmentDue to limited number of rooms, some of you have to stay double. Thanks for your kind acceptance of such inconvenience. In case you have any difficulty regarding room arrangement, kindly contact Bro. Michael, the WS3 local coordinator.

Liturgy in charge group- We suggest that you try to create an atmosphere of participating communities and some local expression which you have practiced in the Eucharist. - Bring something to be offered during the offertory procession and subsequently shared if you wish. - The Eucharist will be in the evening (18.00-19.00 pm) or morning (7:00-8:00 am) in the Center’s chapel.

The groups assigned for daily Eucharist as well as the first and Gospel readings for the daily Eucharist are shown on the back cover of the Hymn Book.

Hymn Book & The Order of MassHymns from your country is in a WS3 Hymn booklet. Other English hymns can be found in the blue hymn book:

Songs for the Christian Community. “The Order of Mass” is given in another blue booklet, in the chapel.

Gospel sharing groups You can identify your group by seeing the back side of your name tag.Location for sharing group will be assigned. Please see the Notice Board.

The AsIPA WS3 Secretariat OfficeLocate near the recreation area. You can approach the officer in charge whenever you need a help. If you need any assistance or any request to be made, kindly fill in the green “Help Desk Request slip” and submit to the secretariat officer.

Service from Camillian Center & Grocery shop Local Sim Card, which can also be used for international calls, and Toiletries are available for sale. You can ask to buyon request any other article needed. Borrow an electric plug adaptor (or Power adapter) if you don’t have one. You may also buy it. Kindly contact the Center secretary: Khun Miew.

Currency exchangeThe Camillian Pastoral Care Center will have banking facilities. If you want any currency exchange, fill in “Currency Exchange Request” form and contact the Center secretary: Khun Miew.USD 1 is worth about 32 Baht (THB).

Internet access Is available in every room at the Camillian Pastoral Care Center and will be Wi-Fi enabled. Two or three public computers will be available at the hall in front of the Secretariat Office.

Laundry Service charge The Centre provides regular laundry facilities for a flat rate of 20 baht per piece. Each one will be responsible for paying your own laundry charges.

ExhibitionA small exhibition of materials for SCCs / BECs from your country can be displayed in the provided area. Contact the secretariat.

Evening Meal Kindly note that we have a rather late supper. Be considerate to finish your meal before 8.00 p.m. when the maids normally leave for their home.

Exposure to SCCs / BECs on 10th October.In the Archdiocese of Bangkok:

- St. Peter Parish, Sampran – 10 groups- St. Louis Parish, Sathon – 1 group- Sacred Heart Convent, Klong Toey – 2 groups

In the Diocese of Chantaburi:- Ss. Philip & James Parish, Hai Pai – 5 groups- St. Ann Parish, Sar Mai Dang – 1 group

Cultural nightEach country group is supposed to prepare a cultural performance of about 5-10 minutes. Please contact Fr. Woy who is the Cultural Night coordinator.

Departures - You may depart before/after lunch on 12th (Sat.) Oct. The programme will end with short session and closing Mass on 12th (Sat.) Oct. in the morning. Lunch will be served at 12:30 pm.

You are requested to confirm your Departure flight schedule as shown on the Notice Board.

Sight seeing & Post WS exposureLet you know that those who have requested the extra exposure or sightseeing, either before or after the Workshop, have to take care of all the expenses by yourself.
