OverviewPacker PS-S applied for fracture treatment performance, plugging operations, acid treatments, formations testing, casing string leakage revealing.

That is a retrievable tool with two assemblies being fixed in that position into production string as well as with two seal assemblies between of which there a section of tubing-annulus connection. It is equipped additionally with back ball (stabbing) valve for shutting down of tubing side below and above the intervals of its installing.

Constructional peculiarities – top packer as well as bottom packer are equipped by bypass assembly that provides the

STINGER MODEL SYA147/114/89

OverviewStinger of model SYA-147/114/89 is intended for pressure-tight connection of tubing string with liner hanger at multi staged fracture treatment performance (in liners Ø 114,3 mm). After set of equipment setting into the well for multi-staged fracturing performance and setting device retrieving, stinger is run into the hole on tubing string. After stinger RIH at the predetermined depth there is a stinger connection with packer PVP- 150.7/100-ОТТМ-114, that is represented by “liners’ head”. Stinger consists of gasket set, the size of which is compatible with burnished packer funnel ID PVP- 150.7/100-ОТТМ-114. Burnished packer funnel top has a special section line for left thread of stinger anchor unit. After stinger’s setting into a burnished packer funnel there is a necessity to perform 0,2…0,5t unloading, thereat there is stinger anchoring in packer- liner hanger. Upon frac works’ completion stinger either is kept for the period of operational activity or is retrieved from the well. Stinger’s disconnection from packer-hanger is performed just by turning to the right.

OverviewPacker PVP-150.7/100-ОТТМ 114 is non-recoverable packer that has been specially designed for multi staged fracturing. Packer-hanger has full-bore diameter. Packer RIH and setting is conducted by hydraulic setting device PU-149,3/55-З 102/М78х3, that consists of hydraulic setting cylinders for packer activation as well as adapter with left thread for mechanical disconnection from packer-hanger by rotating to the right after activating. Top packer hook is equipped by burnished guiding funnel that is used for any downhole equipment running into liner string, as well as for stinger SYA-147/114/89 locking up for multi staged fracturing.

HYDRAULIC SETTING DEVICE PU149,3/55З 102/М78Х3

OverviewHydraulic setting device PU-149,3/55-З 102/М78х3 is used for RIH and activation of packer-hanger PVP- 150.7/100-ОТТМ-114 into the well as a part of standard system of multi staged fracturing. Setting device has a hydraulic principle of action. After running into the hole to a selected depth there is pressure rise in tubing towards isolating device below the instrument where seat is for ball pumping over from wellhead. Applied pressure cuts off the screws and hydraulic cylinders are moving to the fore activating the rams and sealing packer’s element. After packer setting and pressure testing setting device is disconnecting by string pulling and rotating to the right. The ports, located between O-rings of setting device, provide fluid flowing during retrieving from the well.

OverviewHydraulic port P-143/98-ОТТМ114 is a sealed device with displaceable piston due to which its possible to get communication between tubing and annulus for multi staged fracturing performance. Hydraulic port is run into the hole as a component part of liner string. Hydraulic port activation is made by dropping of the ball of a certain diameter. The ball is dropping from wellhead to tubing string added up to liner’s head and gasketed by the stinger. Then the ball has been pumped over to its setting into the seat then the pressure is making required for withheld screws cutting off, after that hydraulic port is opening. Upon fracturing completion activating balls are washed out owing to CT unit or should be drilled out jointly with the seats for fullbore diameter of liner string.

BALLS FOR FRAC PORTS’ ACTIVATION

OverviewDrilled balls are applied for technological operations conducting at fracture treatment (fracturing), namely frac sleeves activating (ports’ opening). The balls are run into the hole while cleaning by working fluid at fracture treatment. Pass through ports of downhole equipment should allow unobstructed ball movement up to the setting of the ball into the appropriately sized seat of frac sleeve.
