Finding the business operation performance differences between male and female in cash management, inventory management and suppliers & clients management. Proposing the actionable suggestions to improve the supply chain operation efficiency. 126 samples gathering from MIT Genesys app. Female had advantages in cost control procedure. Good inventory & suppliers management skills.
