Before starting GEM studio, owners founded game development team called Generation Stars. Some of the games, like GS Inspector, have won a national competition of software products, Gink in Trouble was sold in computer equipment stores troughout Croatia and trough net.hr portal (biggest Croatian portal at that time), and Raklem was downloaded a few hundred thousand times wich brought us great media exposure. You can still download Generation Stars games from thousands websites throught the Internet.

We won the award through the Web-pre-po-ruka, among the top 6 of 43 registered companies engaged in creating web pages.

We were awarded for mobile web, through Vidi web awards 2009 (our service to check a domain WHOIS via mobile devices on CRODNS.COM (you can find us on 45th page, where the top 10 were mentioned)
