Are you the fittest and most knowledgeable fitness instructor or personal trainer in the UK? Gatorade is proud to host the Fit Idol Championships 2009 at Leisure Industry Week in Birmingham, September 22-24, 2009 Contestants will be required to cycle for 10 minutes as they answer fitness & nutrition questions… the resistance increases if you give the wrong answer!
