Water consumption: Question #15

Water consumption refers to the industrial uses of water in your facility, such as washing of products, cooling, etc. Select “yes” to display water consumption data.

The EFA measures: 1) total water used at your facility, 2) total water recycled at your facility, and 3) total water discharged by your facility from January 1 through December 31, 2011. Please indicate the volume of each.

Waste generation/diversion: Question #18

Waste generation refers to the creation of solid waste that enters a waste stream as a result of your manufacturing processes.

Waste diversion is the process of removing waste from the stream destined for the landfill to be recycled, reused, composted, or incinerated.
