Renamed as Gaon Swasthya Samikshya Giving a local flavour, adaption to local condition 5 districts (including 2 HPD) 82 Blocks 1543 Gram Panchayats Around 12000 GKS (Revenue villages)

Partnership Human Development Foundation (HDF) acts as State Nodal Agency Active State Advisory Group for Community Action providing support for programme implementation 5 District NGO partners and 51 Block level partners working for the programme Formation of Samitis Swasthya Samikshya Samiti contituted at GP, Block, District and State level
