A city does not have a hundred thousand problems. It has a
hundred problems repeated thousand times.
Presently there is no incentives for reporting issues correctly at neighborhood level •Assurance and trust cannot be inbuilt in present day •Decentralization needed for better governance, accountability, administration and avoid human oversight related errors •Needs to reach scale –present form unsupportive
Therefore GANESH..

Proper utilization of the Distributed and Decentralized SEENAB app as a platform and its Inherent/inbuilt – Artificial Intelligence & Blockchain
interlinked attribute
To incentivize
individuals/users who
often get ignored for
their good deeds in their
day to day life.

How it will work for Users/Individuals
Users will get Ganesh tokens for sharing/posting
information— which helps individuals/groups of people
to improve their quality of life (social and ecological
resilience)
Ganesh IDs— example of a use case will be to create IDs for
static informal work force at the neighbourhood level for local
contracts & financial inclusion purposes

Ganesh Value Addition Ganesh improves on the current incentive process in the following way:
1. Total ecosystem of tokens is limited and hence value would increase
over time; it is designed such that most people on the planet will get
to collecting 1 GANESH token in their life
2. Early adopters are incentivized
3. Addition of new regulators / neighborhoods / users / actors is
facilitated while adhering to point 2 above
4. Create a provision for exchanges within and across systems to integrate
Artificial Intelligence to scale human empathy based incentive
mechanism
5. Maintain the checks and balances management at every level
6. Incorporate unbiased decision making, especially into the incentive patterns / mechanisms
7. Appraise the individual or group of people for their good work/information
