ABOUT GINETTA

Founded in 1958, Ginetta has a strong, globally renowned motorsport heritage. For over 60 years Ginetta has been continuously manufacturing sports cars in the UK and competing in racing series across the world.

Ginetta build exciting and successful cars, including the Ginetta G55 - the most decorated GT4 race car in the world. Over the years Ginetta has well and truly made its mark on the international racing scene, producing a range of highly successful prototypes, headed up by the G60-LT-P1.

Every car is produced in a state-of-the-art facility, opened in 2007 by Damon Hill. Located in Yorkshire, England, within this factory the engineering team design every aspect of the vehicles, using specialist on-site equipment to bring each CAD drawing to life.

Now employing some of the UK’s brightest engineering talent, Ginetta manufactures a range of G40, G55, G58 and LMP1 cars.

In 2019 Ginetta announce the G10 RM. Remastered from original tools the G10 RM will acknowledge Ginetta’s rich heritage and combine it with cutting edge modern technology.

GINETTA G10

Launched at the 1965 Racing Car show, Ginetta’s G10 was the ultimate expression of the company founders’ philosophy.

The G10 was based on proven design and engineering DNA honed on existing models. A handsome, lightweight bodyshell over a 289cu/in V8 made the sub-900kg G10 a formidable racing machine that was known for leaving the competition of the time in its wake.

BRANDS HATCH 1965

Ginetta set about taking on and conquering much more established marques in its dominant performances on track including the originally intended rival the Shelby Cobra.

A first maiden competition appearance in GT racing came at Brands Hatch in 1965 where works driver Chris Meek piloted the car to pole position and its first win outright beating a low-drag Jaguar E-Type.

HAND-BUILT TO ORDER

Painstakingly hand-built to order, each powered by the same Ginetta 6.0 litre V8 engine that has featured in the company’s recent supercar and prototype sportscars.

HAND FINISHED

Interiors will be hand finished in wood and leather to each customer’s individual specifications. With both original and bespoke external paint colours available, no two examples will be the same.
