Reframing
Reframing is the ability of a leader to define the situation in a realistic manner, both adhering tocertain values and convincing the team. A leader has the ability to convert a situation or a problem to a solution. While doing this, he/she isable to convince the team.
The leader, who reframes, considers the situations with a different point of view and makes othersto think differently. He/she relabels and restructures the definitions that he/she made previously
withhis/her experiences when there is a reframed problem.

During his term of cardinality, Francis used public transport and did not hesitate to appear in public. He made his first speech as Pope not on a platform but on the same level with other cardinals to give a message of equality.
