TECHNICAL STRUCTURE

Galvanized steel structure composed of:An attached guide to the floor and ceiling which is pre-lacquered galvanized steel in RAL 9006, (B-02) Steel Grade quality, with 27x58 mm measurements, machined for electrical inlets and with positioning for vertical supports every 50mm.

Vertical and horizontal structure in (B-02) Steel Grade quality with 58x20mm measurements. It is machined for electrical inlets and with double reinforced zipper every 32 mm according to the DIN norm, for the quick attachment of metallic fittings for the clipping of pannels, framed glasses and complements for laboratory equipment.

The vertical structure is composed of a lower telescopic leveler, with a leveling of 60 mm and an upper telescopic extension that absorbs height differences up to 150 mm. It is provided of metallic fittings to hold the horizontal supports to the vertical structure.

The structure is 2 mm thickness polyethylene foam tape coated in all the areas where the panels and profiles stand.

FUNCTIONALITY

It complies with UNE 41955-2:2000 norm, use category of level 4, and BS5234-2:1992 norm (Severe Duty Category), which corresponds to free access zones for the public, of intensive use, where a careless use can be expected and where there is a risk of vandalism and abuse. For example, it can be used in: massive accumulation zones, intensive industrial zones, educational areas,

All testings of: reinstability, accessibility, functional resistance to hard-body and soft-body shock, repeated door performance, structural resistance to the vertical load, structural resistance to hard and soft body shock where UNE 41955-2:2000 and BS5234-2:1992 standards are successfully complied.

Complete and independent disassembling of all the components is assured. Framed glasses are attached to the structure with clipping staples that provide a three dimension fastening, which allows a frontal mounting and dismantling as many times it is required without losing its initial position, leaving an 8mm gap between glasses. This design is named “Hidden Framing”.

Reinstability: The panels form an interior chamber of 62 mm width, which allows to lead facilities (sound insulation and fireproof material, electrical facilities, informatics facilities, technical gases, water, drainage conduits, air conditioning, heating system, etc…) enabling any type of service to be located at a distance not exceeding 5cm from the point of use.

PANELSPanels manufactured in cold laminated steel AP02 with 19 mm width, incor-porating a longitudinal omega-welded with reinforcement brackets attached to the clip hold areas. All lacquered with powder paint (elec¬trostatic).

Optionally:1- 19 mm thickness metallic encapsulated panels and compact panels fitly coated for lab use.2- 19mm melamine agglomerated panels (D-s1-d0) covered by both sides in melamine resins impregnated ornamental paper to meet European standard EN 14322 requisites. Perimeter edges are 2 mm shockproof PVC coated.

GLASSESOver this structure and in both sides, it is possible to place 5 mm thickness glasses (optionally they can be replaced by 3+3 mm acoustic or safety laminar glasses) framed in anodised aluminum profile of 19x48 mm with an integrated rail system in the profile for the perfect placing of the clipping staple. Both glasses form an inner chamber of 88 mm which is useful for the placement of the Venetian blind slime of 25 or 16 mm.
