VESSELS CALLING “FUJAIRAH”, “UNITED ARAB EMIRATES” MUST HAVE AN AGENT. IF VESSEL HAS NO AGENT KINDLY NOTE THAT “FUJAIRAH MARINE SERVICES” WILL ACT AS AGENTS FOR
“BUNKERS CALL” ON BEHALF OF “OIL MARKETING & TRADING INTERNATIONAL” THE BUNKER SUPPLIER. THE AGENT SHOULD SUBMIT TO FUJAIRAH PORT AUTHORITIES
FILLED/SIGNED/STAMPED “PERMISSION TO ENTER FUJAIRAH (ISPS CODE POF; NM 148; ATTACHMENT 6)” ALONG WITH LAST PORT CLEARANCE COPY ATLEAST 24 HRS PRIOR VESSELS ARRIVAL TO FUJAIRAH. FURTHERMORE, IF REQUIRED WE HAVE TO SUBMIT SHIPS CERT.

VESSEL’S PASSING SUEZ CANAL, ARRIVING FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA AND REQUESTING ANCHORAGE CLEARANCE FROM PORT OF FUJAIRAH MUST SUBMIT LAST PORT CLEARANCE ISSUED FROM PORT SUEZ OR FROM PORT SAID (PLEASE REFER NTM : 148, PAGE
16, ITEM 26)
VESSEL’S ARRIVING FROM ANY OF THE IRAQI PORT SHOULD MUST HOLD IMMIGRATION AND PORT CLEARANCE FOR ENTRY PERMISSION AT FUJAIRAH ANCHORAGE
VESSELS ENGAGED WITH CARGO OPERATIONS (LOADING / DISCHARGING) AT FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE OF FOR GETTING ANCHORAGE CLEARANCE FROM
PORT OF FUJAIRAH. (PLEASE REFER NTM : 175)
VESSELS CARRYING ARMS/AMMUNITIONS AND OR SECURITY GUARDS ONBOARD ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL FUJAIRAH ANCHORAGE & SECURITY GUARD EMBARKATION/DISEMBARKATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
GENERAL REGULATIONS
IF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ARE AS PER THE PORT REQUIREMENT THEN THE PORT
CONTROL WILL ALLOW THE VESSEL TO DROP ANCHOR IN DESIGNATED AREA. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIP'S MASTER TO SELECT SAFE ANCHORING POSITION FOR HIS
VESSEL AND AFTER DROPPING ANCHOR THE VESSEL MUST REPORT HER GPS POSITION AND ARRIVAL DATE/TIME TO THE CONTROL TOWER.
AS PER FUJAIRAH PORT FROM 20TH JANUARY 2009 “ALL VESSELS (EXCEPT LPG/LNG VESSELS)
CALLING AT FUJAIRAH PORT, OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA – REGARDLESS THEIR NATURE OF CALL ARE ALLOWED TO STAY A MAXIMUM OF 10 DAYS. THEREAFTER CHARGES WILL BE LEVIED BY FUJAIRAH PORT AUTHORITIES WHICH WILL BE FOR BUYERS ACCOUNT.
ANCHORAGE OVER STAY CHARGES FROM 11TH DAY TO 15TH DAY - 5,750 AED / PER DAY
FROM 16TH DAY TO 20TH DAY - 8,625 AED / PER DAY FROM 21ST AND ABOVE - 11,500 AED / PER DAY
ALL LPG/LNG CARRIERS CALLING AT FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA WHETHER IN LOADED OR BALLAST CONDITION MUST USE "D" AREA FOR REQUIRED OFFSHORE SERVICES
THAT INCLUDE BUNKERING, DE-SLOPPING, ETC. WITH A MAXIMUM STAY OF 5 DAYS AS PER NOTICE TO MARINER NO. 114 & 176.
OVERSTAY CHARGES APPLICABLE TO VESSELS (LPG/LNG VESSELS) REMAIN AT FUJAIRAH
OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA "D" AFTER FIVE DAYS REGARDLESS THEIR NATURE OF CALL.
ANCHORAGE OVER STAY CHARGES (LPG/LNG VESSELS)
FROM 6TH DAY TO 10TH DAY - 5,750 AED / PER DAY FROM 11TH DAY TO 15TH DAY - 8,625 AED / PER DAY
FROM 16TH AND ABOVE - 11,500 AED / PER DAY
AFTER BUNKERING VESSEL CAN STAY 48 HOURS FREE OF AGENCY FEE AFTER THAT AGENCY FEE US$ 150/DAY APPLICABLE SAME WILL BE INCLUDE IN THE BUNKER INVOICE
UPON VESSEL’S DEPARTURE KINDLY INFORM “OIL MARKETING & TRADING INTERNATIONAL” YOUR DEPARTURE DETAILS, NAMELY: “DATE & TIME OF DEPARTURE” AS WELL AS “NEXT PORT
OF CALL”. THIS IS AS PER THE REQUIREMENT/INSTRUCTION OF FUJAIRAH PORT AUTHORITIES FAILURE TO REPORT DEPARTURE DETAILS TO AGENTS/OMTI, WILL RESULT IN CHARGES
LEVIED BY FUJAIRAH PORT AUTHORITIES WHICH WILL BE FOR BUYERS ACCOUNT.
VESSEL CALLING FROM HIGH SEAS FOR PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS ARE PERMITTED FOR ONE CALL ONLY SUBJECT TO HARBOUR MASTER’S APPROVAL DURING OFFICE HOURS. RE-ENTRY CHARGES APPLICABLE FROM THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (ANCHORAGE STAY CHARGES AS ABOVE).
VESSEL HAS TO SAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETION OF SERVICES.
VESSELS CALLING WITH SECURITY LEVEL MORE THAN 1
1) VESSEL CALLING FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA UNDER SECURITY LEVEL MORE THAN ONE, PORT OF FUJAIRAH WILL PROVIDE 2 PATROLLING BOATS ESCORTING THE VESSEL
AS SECURITY MEASURES UNTIL THE SAILING OF THE VESSEL. 2. CHARGES APPLICABLE TO AFORESAID PATROLLING BOATS AND WILL BE CALCULATED FROM
TIME OF LEAVING FROM QUAY TILL RETURN BACK TO QUAY AS PER PORT TARIFF.
3. THE VESSEL IS ALLOWED TO REMAIN AT FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA TILL SHE COMPLETES HER PRIMARY ACTIVITIES FOR MAXIMUM OF 12 HOURS, UNLESS THE VESSEL IS
AWAITING FOR BERTH. 4. IF THE VESSEL WAITING FOR BERTH, PATROLLING BOAT WILL CONTINUE TILL THE TIME OF
BERTHING.
5. IN CASE IF THE PORT CANNOT PROVIDE THE SECURITY MEASURES FOR ANY REASONS, WE REGRET TO RECEIVE THE VESSEL AT FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA
VESSELS CALLING WITH SECURITY LEVELS 2 OR 3 BELOW CHARGES APPLICABLE
A) PORT SECURITY OFFICER’S INSPECTION TO FURNISH DOS - DHS. 3,500 PER VISIT. B) TRANSPORTATION CHARGES TO FURNISH DOS - DHS. 700 PER HOUR
C) PATROLLING BOAT (FROM ARRIVAL TILL SAILING) - DHS. 700 PER BOAT/HOUR.
ABOVE CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO 100% SURCHARGE ON FRIDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
RESTRICTED ANCHORING ADJACENT TO FUJAIRAH TERITORIAL WATERS
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CONSIDERING THE SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES, VESSELS ANCHORING ADJACENT TO FUJAIRAH TERRITORIAL WATERS IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED THE COORDINATES OF THE AREAS ARE GIVEN BELOW,

FREE PASSING OF VESSELS THROUGH THE AFOREMENTIONED AREA IS ALLOWED AS PER
INTERNATIONAL MARITIME LAW. SERVING VESSELS AT FUJAIRAH OFF PORT LIMIT IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. OFFSHORE PASS
WILL BE ISSUED TO VISITORS /TECHNICIANS TO BOARD VESSELS AT FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE ONLY.
CROSSING THE SPM CHANNEL BY VESSELS OR UTILITY BOATS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. AS PER NM 171 SHIP MASTER / UTILITY BOAT MASTER CROSSING THE SPM CHANNEL BY
IGNORING FUJAIRAH PORT REGULATIONS WILL INVITE A FINE OF US$10,000.
AS PER THE U.A.E CABINET'S DECISION NOS. 23/2001 & 122/2002 ISSUED BY MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION, SHIPS FLYING FLAGS OF BELOW LISTED COUNTRIES ARE BANNED FROM
ENTERING U.A.E PORTS, ANCHORAGE AREAS AND TERRITORIAL WATERS UNLESS THEY CARRY VALID CLASSIFICATION CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY A MEMBER OF (IACS) INTERNATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF CLASSIFICATION SOCIETIES. TANKERS CLASSED UNDER NON-IACS MEMBERS ARE NEITHER PERMITTED TO CALL PORT OF
FUJAIRAH/FUJAIRAH OFFSHORE ANCHORAGE AREA, REGARDLESS THEIR NATURE OF CALL.
