• Can all your carriers accept eligibility data electronically? How long will it take to get those electronic files set up?

• Be sure to make the time to provide the data that the Vendor asks (many items can come from the broker and carriers, but there will still need to be some involvement from your team)
• Don’t underestimate the change in management that may need to occur
• Implement off of open enrollment if at all possible
