Lesson #1: It’s ok to dream and be enthusiastic but in most situations you must use rationality.

Lesson #2: Don’t choose a team member just because he’s a friend or a relative.Choose each member because he wants what you want.
Error #2 :
*Avoid suggestions
Lesson #3: Listen to all suggestions, filter them and follow the ones you consider best. Don’t be a “one man show”.

Lesson #5: The message must be simple and user value oriented.
