Using templates

To use the slides as part of an existing presentation:• To insert the slides • Go to Home> New Slide> Reuse slides> Browse file option• Select and insert the slides (Right click on the slides list and Select All to

insert all slides)• Ensure you tick the Keep source formatting option• Change the text to suit your presentation and insert your company logo

To use background / slide templates:• Open the original file you downloaded• Go to Office button> Save As option• Save the file with a new name• Insert your company logo in the master slide ( In View> Slide Master option)• In the regular view, change the text to suit your presentation• Duplicate any slide by right-clicking on the slide in Slides/Outline view and

selecting Duplicate option• Delete the Using Templates and License Terms and Use slides from your

presentation
