Important Information for Parents:

Arrival/Drop-Off Policy: Children cannot be unattended on the college premises. Parents need to bring

children directly to the camp classroom and pick them up there at the end of every day. Children should not be

dropped off more than 15 minutes prior to the start of camp and need to be picked up within 15 minutes of

the completion of the camp. FVTC Policy (PDF)

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued within 30 days of camp start date.

Conduct & Risk Policies: When registering your child for a summer camp you verified that you have read the

Acknowledgement of Risk and Behavior Expectations policies and that you and your child agree to these

policies.

Camp Location: Please make note of your child’s camp location. Not all camps are held on FVTC’s Appleton

Campus.

ADULT AND CHILD SMALL ENGINE MAINTENANCE Date: July 28-29

Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.


Room: AG122, AG124 and AG130 (Use main Agriculture Center entrance)


IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Bring in your lawn mower or other small engine equipment for you and your child to work on together.




• T-shirts are also available for adult participants, cost is $6.

COP CAMP Date: June 22-24

Time: Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

CSI ADVENTURE CAMP Date: June 15-19

Time: 8:45 a.m. – 4 p.m.



Room: PS118 (Use main Public Safety Training Center entrance)

IMPORTANT NOTES:


• Students should bring their own snacks, drink and lunch. There will be two snack times each day, so

please plan accordingly.

DIESEL TECHNICIAN CAMP Date: July 14-15

Time: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Location: Appleton Campus, J.J. Keller Transportation Center, 1825 N. Bluemound Drive, Appleton

Room: T119 (Use main Transportation Center entrance)


IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Campers should wear closed toe shoes, and long pants for working in the diesel lab.


• Lunch and snacks will be provided. If you have allergies or need special accommodations, please plan

to bring your own.

• More details will be provided about the fieldtrip as camp gets closer.



DRIVE SAFE AND PLANT CRAZY Date: June 9-10

Time: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.


Room: AG111 (Use main Agriculture Center entrance)


IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Campers will be outside, so come prepared for the weather and wear closed toe shoes.

• Campers can bring empty 2-liter bottles, half-gallon and gallon milk containers, if available.




FIRE CAMP Date: June 8-10

Time: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.



Room: PS157 (use main Public Safety Training Center entrance)

• Long pants and closed-toe shoes required.


• Snacks and lunch will be provided each day. If you have allergies or need special accommodations,

GIRLS IN THE SHOP Date: June 15-18

Time: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Location: Wautoma Regional Center, 556 S. Cambridge Street, Wautoma

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Student must wear full length pants, closed toe shoes and hair restraints suitable for the outdoors (like

baseball caps).

• Class will be held rain or shine so students are asked to dress appropriately.


HEALTHCARE IMMERSION - OSHKOSH Date: June 23
