Transcript of Fortune Brochure

Dear Investor,

I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our materials regarding the exciting possibilities available in the oil and natural gas industry. Fortune has been in the industry for over twenty years, and has built a management team that has extensive experience in the energy market, including Dr. R. Gerald Bailey, P.E., former President of Exxon, Arabian Gulf.

TTwo of the most valuable resources in the world are oil and natural gas. For over a century investors have purchased oil and gas securities to add regular dividends and dependable growth to their portfolio. Insightful investors are enjoying extraordinary growth and are in position to gain from unparalleled profits.

WheWhen I began in the industry in the mid 80’s, oil prices were less than $20.00 per barrel and natural gas averaged less than $2.00 per MCF. How things have changed! Crude oil is now trading around $85.00 per barrel and natural gas ranging from $4.00 to $6.00 per MCF. The world’s dependence for crude oil is escalating, and shows no sign of relief.

DurinDuring my tenure in the oil and gas industry I have seen major advances in technology, such as the utilization of three-dimensional (3-D) seismic for exploration and four-dimensional (4-D) seismic for production. These techniques can accurately recognize oil and gas reserves, and pinpoint the residual reserves throughout the productive life of a producing field.

TheThe future is ours to hold. Fortune’s management has had the foresight to interpret the resurgence in the oil and gas industry based upon sound fundamentals with supply and demand factors both domestic and international. As President it is my delight to invite you to join Fortune in this exciting quest for innovative energy resources for the future.

Respectfully,
