ave you heard the news? Foreside is back and part of a new team! Bolstered by the resources and energy of Transpac Imports, Foreside is launching a new line of original and exciting home and garden products.

With a January debut in Atlanta and Dallas, faithful Foreside customers are eagerly anticipating the new launch. The Foreside appeal is to provide totally original product designs that are sophisticated and fun, full of personality and of course - “Never Ordinary!”

Foreside Home and Garden is doing what they’ve always done best, presenting distinct collections in an array of product categories. Their 2011 collections refl ect contemporary lifestyle aesthetics like Updated Traditional, Boho and Eco-Industrial – all with the usual Foreside twist!

Bringing the indoors out and the outdoors in is one of their primary focuses this season. From colorful ceramic pots to unique metal plant stands, and even a wreath made from a garden hose, Foreside hopes to delight and surprise old and new customers alike.

Foreside founder Claire Woodsum points out “Foreside is all about helping our customers personalize their homes and gift giving in ways that refl ect their own uniqueness and love for creativity,” Woodsum says, “That’s really what we do well. Partnering with Transpac allows us to focus on that, and have fun doing what we do best.”

Where do you like to shop for inspiration? India always nurtures my soul; I love it there.

What is the best advice you have ever received, and what is the one piece of advice you would offer to a young creative?“Don’t quit.” It was drilled into me at a very young age. My mother would add, “If you tried your hardest, angels can’t do better.” My best advice: “Dig deep and don’t quit!”

If you could look in the studio of any artist/designer, dead or alive, who’s would it be? Picasso

What profession other than yours would you like to at-tempt? Tons! Teaching yoga, being a guru, roller derby, playing professional tennis, writing a book, making wigs for the Chinese Opera (just kidding about that one).

What is your most cherished possession? A print of women playing ice hockey from 1934 by Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. My dad bought it for $1 at a garage sale. I grew up playing hockey and have good memories of hockey and my dad.

If you could have any super hero power, what would it be? Invisible Woman
