Planning

Planning permission has been obtained under application 1/2076/2004/COU for the conversion of redundant barns to holiday use including septic tank, parking and associated works. In addition planning under Listed Buildings in Conservation Areas Act 1990 was consented on 31st May 2005 for the conversion of the redundant barns to holiday use.

We understand that mains electricity, water and telephone connections are available nearby / on site as these services are enjoyed by the adjacent Netherbridge Farmhouse, however prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the availability and capacity of such services as required.

Tenure

We understand the property is available freehold with vacant possession upon completion. A copy of the title plans and registers are available in the legal pack provided by the vendor’s solicitors, copies of which will be available upon request from the vendor’s agents. All tenders must be received by the vendor’s agents by using the attached Informal Tender document only. Please take note of the tender conditions at the foot of the tender document, together with instructions on where to send / email / fax the document. The vendor reserves the right not to accept any of the tenders offered. The successful buyer will be expected to exchange contracts within 14 days of formal acceptance of offer, with completion to take place 7 days thereafter.
