Sink Wash Up (manual hand washing)

1.Remove soils off plates & cutlery into garbage bin (pre-soak heavy

soiled items into warm water)- first sink. 2.Dilute 15ml product per 5lt

of warm water. 3.Wash items using a scouring pad or sponge.4.Rinse well with potable water. (Second sink) 5.Place in rack andallow drying.

F3 Warewash Rinse Additive is a commercial product and should be

primarily used in a dishwashing or glasswashing machines that have

an internal or external dosing system or internal reservoirs.It is generally recommended to be used in quantitiesvarying from 0.8 to 1.2 mL of additive per litre of rinse water.The quantities may vary according to individual

requirements. The quantities may need to be increased in areas

where the water is exceptionally hard.For best results:Ensure rinse jets are free from blockages and scale build up (refer to

Recommended on a weekly basis to ensure hygienic and unblocked

wash and rinse jets in washers.1. Drain machine and refill with only fresh water

2. Add 500ml of F4 Descaler to the wash sump

3. Run machine 2-3 times4. In the case of automatic machines, run consecutive cycles until

the machine has washed for 10 minutes.

5. Drain sump, rinse and refill with fresh water

6. NOTE: Descaling solution is corrosive and should be handled

wearing gloves and goggles.For C.I.P. & Tank cleaning use F4 Descaler between 1:40 to 1:80

For the treatment of calcium build up in automatic dishwashing

machines.add 250ml of descaler to machine and run at full cycle.

F5 Kitchen Degreaser

F5 Kitchen Degreaser is a non-caustic deffating agent. An

all-purpose cleaner that is ideal for removing tough stains on ovens,

hotplates, benches, floors and tiles.

Do Not spray on electrical connections.

For heavier soils a more concentrated solution is needed and longer

contact time.

For larger areas suggestions to incorporate a hot water hose and

gun connected to a venturi system.

FloorsSweep loose soils away with a broom of brush. Diluted 20:1 in warm

water, apply by brush or mop and allow to remain on surface for

5-10 minutes. Mop in a figure of eight, should you have stubborn

mark press mop down or use a deck srcub to agitate. Rinse and

mop out in clean water. Wring out excess water and mop up

cleaning solution and dirt. Important to regularly change the cleaning

solution and rinse water. Replace mops often to deliver best results.

Oven & Hot Plates: Warm the oven or hot plate, then switch off.

Spray sides of the oven first then top then bottom. Leave for 5-10

minutes on warm surface or 20 minutes on cold surfaces. Wipe off

with a clean damp cloth, sponge, or paper towels.
