While the menu varies from flight to flight, what we can guarantee is that they will always enjoy something delicious. Guests will also be offered a complimentary beer, wine or soft drink when flying Monday to Friday between 5pm and 7pm - we like to call this Happy Two Hours.

Whether they are travelling for business or leisure, we provide every guest with a checked baggage allowance of 23kg. Those travelling Business Class, as well as Gold and Platinum Velocity members also receive additional luggage allowances.

This state-of-the art system provides access to hundreds of hours of movies, TV shows and music, on smartphone or tablet. For guest travelling on an A330, seat-back entertainment is available to enjoy throughout the flight free of charge. Guests also have the chance to explore, experience and unwind with Voyeur, our complimentary in-flight magazine.

Wherever possible food is sourced locally and packaged sustainably.
